In 2021 we organized the first Getaway to Portugal Shocking sunsets, a city trip to Lisbon, tile-painting, wine-tasting, a hike through the village of Sintra and mouth-watering vegan Pastel de Nata are just a few of the awesome highlights we enjoyed on this adventure through culture-rich Portugal.
As one of the most recognizable experts in plant-based living, Lauren Toyota, the creator of Hot For Food, has made a name for herself as an inspirational voice of a generation. She was the Vegan Chef invited to travel with the group to Portugal in 2021.
